# Pin Leaderboard

Pin Leaderboard displays your server's voice or message activity as continuously updated ranking panels in selected text channels. The dashboard provides separate **Voice leaderboard** and **Message leaderboard** sections.

You can configure panels for the following time ranges:

* **All time** — The complete activity ranking.
* **Last 30 days** — A continuously rolling monthly view.
* **Last 7 days** — A continuously rolling weekly view.
* **Last 1 Days** — A focused daily activity view.

For each time range, select the destination text channel where the ranking panel should be published. Use the **X** inside the channel selector to turn off a panel. Panels are automatically updated every 15 minutes with the latest voice stats.

All configuration is managed via the VoiceStats Dashboard.

### Panel Language

Generated leaderboard messages use the server language configured under **Manage server → Settings**. The value shown on this page is read-only; Pin Leaderboard does not have its own language setting.

### Reporting Timezone

Panels use the server's timezone setting configured on the **Timezone** page. This is displayed as a read-only reference so you know which timezone boundaries are being used.

### Auto-Deactivation

Panels may be automatically disabled if certain conditions occur. When this happens, the dashboard will display a warning explaining the reason:

* **Missing permissions** — The bot no longer has permission to send messages in the configured channel.
* **Channel deleted** — The destination channel was deleted from Discord.
* **Premium expired** — The server's Premium subscription has ended.

To re-enable a deactivated panel, resolve the underlying issue and assign a new destination channel.

### Premium Tier Limits

The maximum number of active panels that can be configured simultaneously is determined by the server's Premium Tier level:

* **Tier 1:** Maximum of **1** panel.
* **Tier 2:** Maximum of **2** panels.
* **Tier 3:** Maximum of **4** panels.
