Configure visibility settings via the VoiceStats dashboard. Manage how historical entries, filtered members, and deleted channels are presented in rankings.
The Visibility settings page allows you to configure which historical entries VoiceStats presents in rankings and channel breakdowns via the dashboard. These controls solely affect the presentation of data; they never delete recorded voice activity or alter the total server statistics.
The following configurations determine how statistics are filtered for users and channels.
Allows you to keep tracking filters separate from the way existing historical data is presented.
Hide filtered members and channels: When enabled, filtered members are removed from user rankings and channel member lists. Likewise, filtered channels are removed from channel rankings and member channel breakdowns.
This also recalculates the rank shown on user statistics cards without filtered members. Turning the option off makes historical entries visible again, but does not resume tracking for members or channels that are still filtered.

Allows you to manage historical voice time statistics for a Discord channel even after it has been deleted.
Show deleted channels: When disabled, deleted channels are hidden from channel rankings and member channel breakdowns. However, their recorded time remains fully included in the server's overall total.
Deleted channel history is shown by default. Hiding it only cleans up rankings and member channel lists; it never removes the recorded history.
